Use of the Site

The Site may be used only for lawful purposes. Transmission, distribution or storage of any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited. This includes, without limitation, material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret or intellectual property right used without proper authorisation, personal information used without proper authorisation and material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates import or export control laws.

Intellectual Property

All images, text, programs, data, and other materials found on the Site belong to Jason Parlour and are protected by the appropriate copyright laws unless otherwise stated. This site does not automatically store or capture personal information about you unless clearly stated otherwise, but merely logs the user’s IP address which is automatically recognised by the Web server.

The site does not use cookies for collecting user information from the site and will not collect any information about you except that required for system administration of the Web server, unless otherwise clearly stated.

This privacy policy only covers the site within the directories of Parlour.info as shown with the address http://parlour.info as a top level domain in your browser. Other links within this site to other websites outside of this site are not covered by this policy.

Some areas of the site do allow for the exchange of personal information between yourself and me, where you must manually submit your details to us. Under the Data Protection Act, all information given by you shall be used only in accordance with the Privacy Statement.
